Evolving an AI process-modeling suite through six capability phases
TEG evolved through six releases from AI-assisted document and process interpretation into a broader BPMN enterprise-modeling suite. Datics added capability phase by phase so the product could expand without treating each new requirement as a separate rebuild.
The starting point
The product was focused on turning enterprise process material into structured models and documentation.

It needed to grow into a broader modeling suite with richer AI-assisted process capabilities.
What couldn't break
Each phase had to remain compatible with the structures, notation and workflows already in use.
Why this was hard
Enterprise modeling carries accumulated structure and user expectations, so AI capability has to extend the existing model consistently rather than diverge from it.
