Peerlogic is an established communication-intelligence platform serving dental and veterinary practices. Datics helped bring AI deeper into the workflows practices already use—connecting call intelligence, engagement and booking capability to the practice-management systems and production controls already surrounding the product.
The starting point
Peerlogic already operated inside the daily communication workflows of dental and veterinary practices, carrying call data, practice context and integrations with multiple practice-management systems.
What had to change
Missed calls and incomplete follow-up represented lost opportunities. AI needed to help practices understand those conversations and move the next action forward inside Peerlogic itself.
What couldn't break
Practices already depended on the product and its integration layer. New capability had to respect existing permissions, healthcare-data boundaries and the differences between practice-management systems.
Why this was hard
