The starting point
The platform carries fund onboarding workflows, multi-step due diligence with structured data entry, investor portfolio visibility and administration of sub-client portfolios, with distinct roles for Super Admins, Standard Admins and Investors.
What had to change
Onboarding and due diligence relied on manual data entry, while the insight needed for diligence sat inside documents, decks and meeting notes rather than structured fields.
What couldn't break
Advisory teams, investors and sub-client entities use the same platform, so manager-only data could not be exposed while automation was added to shared workflows.

Extraction had to feed structured diligence forms, scoring and document linkage inside an operating platform with layered permissions across Super Admins, Standard Admins, Investors and sub-client entities.
