MIRA
Healthcare · Clinical Intake SaaS
Taking an intelligent intake prototype to a production multi-clinic SaaS
MIRA began as an adaptive GPT-powered patient-intake experience. Datics helped evolve the working AI capability into a multi-clinic SaaS with clinic isolation, role-based access, onboarding, provider configuration and billing.
The starting point
The first version could conduct adaptive intake and generate structured clinical summaries.
What had to change
A useful prototype had to become a product that multiple clinics could safely operate.
What couldn't break
The intake experience needed to remain clinically useful while production architecture introduced tenant isolation, permissions and healthcare-appropriate handling of patient information.
Why this was hard
Turning a single AI workflow into SaaS adds an entirely different layer of product requirements: tenancy, user roles, configuration, onboarding, provider setup and billing.
What Datics changed
Datics approached the work in stages. The initial release proved adaptive AI intake and structured summary generation. The next stage surrounded that capability with the product architecture required for a real multi-clinic offering.
Adaptive patient intake
Intake that adapts to the patient rather than following a fixed form.
Structured clinical summaries
Intake conversations turned into structured clinical output.
Clinic isolation & RBAC
Tenant isolation and role-based access across clinics.
Self-service onboarding and billing
Clinic onboarding, provider configuration and subscription billing.
Platform in action
Patient Intake
Where patients complete an adaptive intake conversation.
GPT Intelligence
Where intake becomes structured clinical summary.
Clinic Operations
Where clinics configure providers, roles and billing.
What changed
The intake capability runs as a multi-clinic product with the access control, onboarding and billing a healthcare SaaS requires.

Technology
What this unlocked
MIRA moved from proving one intelligent workflow to having a production foundation capable of supporting additional clinical capabilities across multiple clinics.
