Privacy Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

Datics Solutions LLC (“Datics AI”, “we”, “us”) runs datics.ai. We are based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, book a call or talk to us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and protect the site. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful (pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser). We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the OpenAI Ads pixel to measure our advertising, for example whether a visit from an ad led to a booked call. These services set cookies or similar identifiers.

When you book a call. Bookings run through TidyCal. You give your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your company and your product. We receive these details to prepare for and hold the call.

When you write to us or use the website chat. We keep what you send us so we can answer. When the website chat is available, it answers from our public pages; a conversation is kept for 30 days, and your name and contact details are passed to our team only if you agree to that in the chat.

How we use it

  • To answer you, prepare for calls and follow up on the conversation you started.
  • To understand and improve the website and our content.
  • To measure our advertising.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run these parts of our business, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics), LinkedIn and OpenAI (advertising measurement), TidyCal (bookings) and Supabase (our enquiry database). We may also share information when the law requires it.

Our content tool and YouTube

We use a private content tool, Datics Studio, to publish videos our team has approved to our own YouTube channels and to see how they perform. It uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply.

The tool works only with the channels we connect to it. It uploads videos with the title, description and tags we approved, and reads the view, like and comment counts of those videos. It does not read other channels, viewers’ data or comments, and it shares nothing with anyone. It keeps the sign-in tokens, the channel’s name and these counts, and refreshes the counts at least every 30 days. Access can be removed at any time from Google’s security settings, which ends the tool’s access to the channel.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
  • You can manage LinkedIn ad settings in your LinkedIn account.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking details: as long as we are in touch with you and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Website chat conversations: 30 days. Analytics data: as set in Google Analytics (14 months).

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
